How to Request a Return or Refund
Open the TikTok App
Open the TikTok app on your phone and make sure you're signed in to your account.
Go to Your Orders
Tap the Profile icon, then tap the Shopping bag icon or go to Settings > Orders.
Find Your PrimeMD Order
Locate your PrimeMD order in the list of recent purchases.
Request Return/Refund
Tap on the order, then select Request Return/Refund or Contact Seller.
Select a Reason
Choose the reason for your return or refund from the available options and add any details.
Submit Your Request
Review your details and tap Submit. You can also message us directly through the order chat.
Include These Helpful Details
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- The reason for the request
- Any issue with the item
